Terms & Conditions – AppSky CloudStorage

By signing in to or using AppSky CloudStorage you accept these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Community Guidelines. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

1. Your account
You sign in with your Google account and are responsible for activity under it. Keep your Google account and phone secure. You must give accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

2. Your files
- You keep all rights to the files you upload. You give us permission only to store, process and show them to you, and to people you share links with, so we can run the service.
- You are responsible for your files and must have the right to upload them.
- Keep your own backup of anything important. We work hard to keep files safe but cannot promise they will never be lost.

3. Acceptable use
You must follow our Community Guidelines. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break them, and may report illegal content to the authorities.

4. Plans and payments
Plans (price per 30 days):
- Free – 500 MB – Rs 0
- Basic – 25 GB – Rs 99
- Plus – 50 GB – Rs 149
- Pro – 100 GB – Rs 259
- Premium – 500 GB – Rs 599
- Ultra – 1 TB – Rs 999

- Payments are made by UPI to the payee shown in your UPI app.
- Each successful payment adds 30 days, starting when your current paid time ends. An upgrade gives you the bigger storage straight away.
- A plan is activated when your UPI app reports a successful payment, or after we confirm a pending payment. We may cancel a plan if the payment does not reach us.
- Plans do not renew automatically; you pay again to extend.
- Payments are non-refundable, except where the law requires a refund or for failed, duplicate or wrongly charged payments. Report those within 7 days to the contact below with your UPI transaction ID.
- We may change prices or plans; changes never affect time you have already paid for.

5. Storage limits
Each plan has a storage limit, and single files are limited to 50 MB. When you reach your limit you can't upload more until you delete files or upgrade. If a paid plan ends, your files stay but you can't upload beyond the Free limit.

6. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may change or stop features, and will give reasonable notice before closing the whole service so you can download your files.

7. Ending your use
- You can stop at any time and delete your account in Settings > Delete account. This permanently deletes your files and ends any paid time without a refund.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or the Community Guidelines.
- If we close the service or your account for any other reason, we will try to let you download your files first.

8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of data you could have backed up. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes will be handled by the courts of India.

10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and announce important changes in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
