Privacy Policy – AppSky CloudStorage

AppSky CloudStorage ("we", "us") collects only what it needs to store your files and run your plan. We never sell your data, and the app has no ads or tracking. This policy covers the AppSky CloudStorage Android app. By using the app you agree to it.

1. Information we collect
- Google account details: your name, email address, profile photo and Google account ID from Google sign-in. Used to create and secure your account and show who is signed in.
- Your files and folders: names, sizes, file types, dates and contents. Used to store, show and deliver your files to you.
- Plan and payment records: plan, amount, date, payment reference, UPI transaction ID and payment status. Used to activate your plan, check payments against our bank records and handle payment problems.
- Technical data: sign-in tokens and basic request logs. Used to keep the service running and secure.

We never see your Google password, UPI PIN, bank account or card details. Payments happen inside your own UPI app.

2. How we use and share your information
- We use your information only to run AppSky CloudStorage: your account, your files, your plan and support.
- Your files are private to your account. If you create a Share link, anyone with that link can open that file until the link expires after 7 days.
- We share data only with the providers that run the service (Supabase for hosting, Google for sign-in), when you ask us to, or when the law requires it. Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms.
- Our hosting provider, Supabase, may store data on servers outside India.

3. Security
All data travels over encrypted connections (HTTPS), and access rules make sure only your account can read your files. No system is perfectly secure, so please keep your own copies of files that matter to you.

4. Keeping and deleting your data
- We keep your data while your account is active. You can delete files at any time in the app.
- Settings > Delete account immediately and permanently deletes your files and your account.
- Payment records are kept, no longer linked to you, for legal and accounting reasons.
- If you can't use the app, email us from the address you signed in with and we will delete your account within 30 days.

5. Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct it, or delete your account yourself in the app or by contacting us.

6. Children
AppSky CloudStorage is not meant for children under 13. Users under 18 should use it only with a parent's or guardian's permission.

7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. We will change the date at the top and announce important changes in the app. Using the app after a change means you accept it.
